Our Standard Policy

14-Day Window: We accept returns or exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Item Condition: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, unaltered, and in its original condition.

Original Packaging: Because our jewelry features detailed artistry and delicate components, items must be returned in their original rigid, padded Lola Bloom jewelry box to protect them from being crushed or bent on the trip back.

Return Shipping: The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
Final Sale Items

Exclusions: Custom orders, altered items, and any items explicitly marked as Final Sale at checkout cannot be returned or exchanged.

Pricing Note: Items qualifying as Final Sale will be designated by prices ending in $.95. All items marked with a $.95 price point at checkout are considered final and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Damaged Items

Transit Protection: If your item arrives bent, crushed, or damaged due to rough carrier handling, please contact us at info@lolabloom.co within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of both the damaged packaging and the item so we can quickly resolve it for you.
