Adjustability: Our ear cuffs are engineered with a Comfort-Flex wire frame that can be gently adjusted to hug the curve of your unique ear cartilage. Rough or excessive bending can fatigue the jewelry components and break the piece.

Return Policy: We accept returns or exchanges within [14 days] of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original rigid box packaging to prevent damage on the return trip.

Exclusions: Custom orders or altered items are final sale. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.
