1. Product Variations & Artistry

  • Unique Details: Many of our signature pieces feature intricate, detailed artistry. Due to the specialized design processes involved in crafting our jewelry lines, minor variations in wire wrapping, bead placement, or gemstone/pearl details may occur compared to the product photos shown on screen.

  • Character of the Piece: These subtle differences are not considered defects, but rather a testament to the individual design and character of your specific piece.

2. Directional Pieces & Customer Responsibility

  • Left vs. Right Ear Customization: Many of our signature statement ear cuff earrings are directional, meaning they are designed specifically to fit either the Left Ear or the Right Ear.

  • Ordering Accuracy: It is the customer’s responsibility to select the correct orientation (Left Ear or Right Ear) from the dropdown menu at checkout. Lola Bloom is not responsible for items ordered in the wrong orientation, though we will do our best to accommodate modifications if contacted before the order ships.

3. Shipping, Structural Integrity & Packaging

  • Protective Packaging: To protect the intricate, wide-spanning silhouettes of our ear cuffs and drop earrings, items are anchored securely inside a rigid, padded jewelry box rather than a soft pouch.

  • Carrier Delays: Once a package is handed over to our shipping carrier (e.g., USPS), Lola Bloom is not liable for transit delays, lost packages, or theft after delivery confirmation.

  • Damaged in Transit: If your jewelry arrives bent or crushed due to rough handling during transit, please contact us within [48 hours] of delivery with photos of the damaged packaging and item so we can file a claim and resolve the issue for you.

4. Returns, Exchanges & Sizing Adjustments

  • Adjustability: Our ear cuffs are engineered with a Comfort-Flex wire frame that can be gently adjusted to hug the curve of your unique ear cartilage. Rough or excessive bending can fatigue the jewelry components and break the piece.

  • Return Policy: We accept returns or exchanges within [14 days] of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unaltered, and returned in its original rigid box packaging to prevent damage on the return trip.

  • Exclusions: Custom orders or altered items are final sale. The buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

5. Intellectual Property

You may not copy, replicate, or use our imagery or designs for commercial purposes without explicit written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

  • Lola Bloom jewelry is intended for fashion and decorative use by adults. Our designs feature delicate chains, small beads, and wire elements that must be handled with care. Lola Bloom is not liable for any minor scratches, skin irritations, or damages resulting from improper wear, excessive bending, or handling of our jewelry.

  • These Terms and your use of lolabloom.co shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
